Description

One step at a time will take you to places that you could never have imagined possible. Embrace the “can do” attitude.

Experience the feeling of looking down on the world below while simultaneously looking across at the soaring peaks of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Himalayan ranges. Dhampus Peak is also known as Thapa Peak and takes you through the high altitude Thapa Pass (5244m) and to Dhampus Peak (6012m)

This is an amazing journey in the Upper Kali Gandaki (river and gorge). Mount Mania  will safely lead you to the summit where you can see more than 30 other snow-covered peaks, and extremely close-up views of Tukuche (6920m) and Dhaulagiri 1 (8167m). There will be ample time for you to acclimatize before ascending Dhampus Peak.

The Annapurna and Mustang regions are rich in flora and fauna and you can expect to see a magnificent display of Nepal’s national emblem, the rhododendron tree with its striking white, pink and red blossoms while trekking through the lower regions of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains.
