When to Pay Rest of the Payment?
The remaining amount should be paid when you arrive in Kathmandu at our office, at the trip meeting time prior to departure.
You have two options for payment:
- Cash Payment: You can pay in cash using USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, or SGD—whichever currency is most convenient for you.
- Card Payment: If you prefer to pay by card, please do so at least 10 days before the trek begins. Note that a 3.5% card fee will apply.
Note: A copy of your passport is required for booking flights, hotel rooms, trekking permits, and any other necessary legal processes for your trip.
