Before booking the trip online, we want you to take some time and read our Terms and Conditions, by filling up the booking form you are agreeing with the terms and conditions explained. Acceptance of your booking shall be confirmed in writing to you and comes into existence on the date shown on your confirmation email.

After you have selected your favorite trip with a specific travel date, the number of travelers and porters. Within a short time, your total trip cost will be calculated. Based on the number of travelers, you will be shown with a 50% non-refundable deposit amount right on the booking page. 

Payment via Credit or Debit Card Online:

Our booking system will take to our partner's bank (Nabil Bank Ltd.) for processing International Debit or Credit Card online - Visa, Mastercard, and Unionpay cards. We do not charge any extra amount while you make your payment through your card. Your credit card information is safe and secure with SSL encrypted payment system. After the payment, you will instantly receive the trip booking confirmation in your email. 

There is a 5% surcharge when you make the payment with a credit card (Applies to all payments; due balances, trip extension, and miscellaneous purchases). We accept Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay cards. 

Whereas, If you would like to pay the advance amount via Bank transfer. Then, fill up the bank deposit slip with the following bank details below.

Note: Bank transfer charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit.

Please note that we are not liable for any delay or loss during the transfer process. If in the case due to the use of mediator bank or any other reasons if the money received by us is less than the amount sent, you are requested upon arrival to pay accordingly so that the total is equivalent to the product cost.

After the transfer, kindly email the bank deposit slip or reference number of the transfer, sometimes bank forwards the money with a different name; if we have these documents and sender details, then it will be convenient for us to verify. 

Paying the Rest Money: 

You must pay the remaining 50% balance amount three weeks before the trip starts. If you do not pay the balance of your total booking cost at least 14 days prior to departure, your booking shall be terminated and you shall lose your deposit.

Additionally, we would also like to request you to send us your scan copies of your passport and passport size photographs by e-mail. These documents are required to process the trekking permits and other necessary pre-arrangements.
